Hi,
I am wondering what conclusion (if any) can be drawn from LUD? On USCIS website my I-140 case shows LUD to be 05/09/2007 and hence was wondering what does it mean ? When I click on my case on the online case status website (of USCIS) still provides old data only and does not reflect the status for LUD...

Mine rejected case has status "OTHER REASONS" and receipt number is voidand it starts with "MSC". I did not receive package back yet.

Send your petition to USCIS Ombudsman. This is a classic case of USCIS incompetence. They have all the documents and yet they pester you to provide the details.

how is it possible to change jobs while the GC application is pending (part of the July 07 madness). Supposedly there is the AC21 form, is there an example how this form should be filled, and what other documents should be included? How long does it take to approve? (for driver's license, traveling, etc.). Does it have to be filed with H1B extension?
The new job offer is 25% pay increase, otherwise very similar, could that be a problem?
It depends on what your status is and which stage of the immigration process you are stuck in.........
As the other member pointed out, you could ask the attorney - IV holds these calls free every week...

The local San Diego USCIS office suggests that certain remedies may be available for military families facing the problem of ineligibility to adjust status because of unlawful entry by a family member seeking adjustment of status. Most often the situation occurs when a United States citizen service member�s spouse entered without inspection and thus cannot adjust status. One potential remedy is �Parole in Place,� where the District Director in San Diego, Mr. Paul Pierre, can parole the alien, who then will be eligible to adjust status. 1. Form I-131 (but it does not need to be paid for when applying)

Hello Gurus,
My 6 years H1B visa term is expiring on Apr 30th 2008. My company filed 3 years of extension on approved I140 basis, which is still pending as of Apr 30th 2008. And my I 94 is dated till Apr 30th 2008.
I filed my I 485 in June 2007 and got EAD and AP
1) What will be my status after Apr 30 2008. Will I still be on H1 status, if not what will be my status.
And what is 'H1 pending for 240 days rule'.

Technically, before October 1st - there is no employee-employer relation. It can be a trainer-trainee relation like Sun example above.

Could you change the flashplayer to something else that has forward/rewind controls. I closed the website a few times accidentally and I had to start all over again as this has no forward buttons.
Secondly, does anyone have access to AILA ? There is a mention of procedures to correct improper rejections by the service centers for cases with incorrect date stamps, lost checks or documents due to the errors on part of service center. I am badly in need of these procedures because I need to know what actions my attorney can take to fix my rejection issue. And I am sure there are many more in the same boat looking for this information.

This was already dicussed here in a seperate thread almost 3 weeks ago and everybody knows this is the face saving techniqu of Infosys by paying some not popular channels in USA. just to save from the CHOP SHOP thing.
So India is always open her arms to any one who want to go back, no one is blocking anybody. But before going know the TRUTH as it is. not from the media. for that matter all Indian medias are false news mongers, as discussed in previous thread.
